Live Brief with a company called Coillte. The brief was to design a food vending unit for the upcoming 2012 Olympics using their materials only- either MDF or OSB. We chose to work with a food company called Planet Organic. This system is a stackable crate unit that can be easily moved and replenished to cope with the quantity of people.
The crates themselves are the display for the produce and are stackable. They are delivered by fork lift, and when empty at the end of the day taken to the warehouse to be restocked.
